The very experienced Dr Kiera Buchanan reached out to Tagence to assist with the finishing touches of a team and procedural refresh that was already underway. With Kiera recently entering the start-up world, she was familiar with the tech and automations out there and pushed us at Tagence to create some pretty awesome implementations in a very short time. In 3-months, we managed to: - Transform an outdated Google Site into an interactive and live Notion procedures manual. - Streamline and simplify the onboarding process for new clinical staff, ensuring it is scalable and reproducible. - Develop interactive and customisable staff hubs that include all professional development, coaching, supervision, employee documents, and to-do lists, while keeping data organised for easy use by employers and supervisors. - Add a Nookal integration for Medicare payments and backup online payments. - Implement an automation software to enhance client communication, forms, and onboarding, improving the quality of care and client experience while reducing errors and saving time. - Convert paper and PDF forms into online interactive forms that feed into databases for easy data display. - Enhance efficiency of clinic-wide tasks with an integrated and user-friendly to-do list, including filters, tags, and dates. - Improve processes within Nookal to increase automation, reduce manual entries, and decrease booking and invoicing errors.

Darron is an active member in business coaching but wisely realised that while learning and running a business with over 35 team members, he needed on the ground help to finalise projects and get them rolled out in the clinic. In 6-months we have managed to: - Design and implement an interactive self-guided onboarding program to upskill new clinical staff in TMJ therapy to alleviate the need for complete 1:1 teaching throughout the process - Create and roll out 1:1 mentoring for all clinical staff including a mentor support session and program - Create an interactive clinic wide procedures manual which eliminated the need for many other softwares and paid subscriptions - Design a leadership team layout with portfolios, tasks and KPIs - Onboard a new team member as a Clinical Operations Officer to take on portfolios, improve clinical adherence to admin roles and hence patient experience - Improved use of current software to increase automation, reduce human error & improve the client journey and clinic NPS score
